Crimes Against Humanity

"We dreamed of playing, we dreamed of learning, we dreamed of growing up. When they came to our village we thought that they had come to make our lives better. But how could we have known? We were only children. From every house they rounded us up. Then they made us play. Yes, we played. But it wasn't the kind of games we had dreamed of. One by one they forced themselves upon us. Having sex was just a game for them. We were the losers of that terrible game. And yes we learned. We learned quickly that the world is not what we had hoped for. So we played and we learned, but we didn't dream. We didn't dream of growing up. There was no need. We were already old."
