  • + 15,679 survivors regularly receive millions of dollars in compensation through the USVSST fund.

 

  • + 608 American and African survivors of the 1998 U.S. Embassy Bombings obtained US Supreme Court affirmation of their right, irrespective of citizenship, to hold state sponsors of terrorism accountable to the victims.

  • +4,800 survivors-initiated lawsuits against the international suppliers who made huge profits by illegally providing the chemical weapons used in bombing the town of Halabja and hundreds of Kurdish villages .

 

  • + 7,186 Kenyan, Tanzanian and US victims of the 1998 U.S. Embassy bombings filed lawsuits against the Taliban and others for compensation.
